July is typically the hottest month of the summer and a great time for a summer salad. Add to your salad recipe inventory by learning instructor Elizabeth Eaton’s special tips for the following salads: panzanella, spicy sweet potato, fennel/orange, curried chicken, and chickpea. Bring your appetite, a beverage, and a to-go container.
