July is typically the hottest month of the summer and a great time for a summer salad.  Add to your salad recipe inventory by learning instructor Elizabeth Eaton’s special tips for the following salads: panzanella, spicy sweet potato, fennel/orange, curried chicken, and chickpea. Bring your appetite, a beverage, and a to-go container.

Instructor Bio:   Elizabeth Eaton splits her time at her cabin on Black Oak Lake and her home in Linden Hills, Minneapolis. A lifelong educator, she enjoys teaching many different art mediums. Elizabeth has recently retired from a 36-year career as an addiction counselor working with teens. She is happiest when community members come together for fun, learning and a common cause. In her spare time, she organizes progressive dinners, pontoon parties and teaches wire jewelry classes.

All proceeds from this class will go directly towards LOLA Arts programming efforts.  The class instructor will be donating her time, materials and talents to teach students.
