Drop-In Art Winter Sessions
Join us for FREE, family-friendly Drop-In Art sessions at LOLA Arts! This winter, enjoy three creative opportunities to connect with your community while exploring fun and engaging art projects. All ages and skill levels are welcome—no registration required!

Join us on Friday, January 17 from 9:00-1:00 for an artist talk and workshop with Artist-in-Residence Katlyn Koester. Hear about her time staying at LOLA, what work she has accomplished and see her new work “Pull yourself together.” After the artist talk, join Katlyn in her Random Acts of Art open studio workshop. Coffee and light breakfast provided during artist talk.
In the Random Acts of Art workshop, participants will create small works of art with the intent to give them away. We will be making fiber pieces with a variety of techniques set up as stations throughout the room. Try your hand at needle felting, embroidery, and beadwork.

Join us for a fun and creative Drop-In Art session as part of our Youth Art Month Exhibit Open House! This free, family-friendly event takes place on Saturday, March 8, from 11 AM to 1 PM, and promises to be a delightful experience for all ages. Led by the talented Dr. Donna, this session combines art and tasty treats as participants will be painting (and eating!) cookies. Let your imagination run wild as you transform sweet canvases into edible masterpieces. Whether you're an experienced artist or just looking for a fun way to spend time with family and friends, this session is sure to bring joy and inspiration.
Mark your calendar and join us for this unique opportunity to celebrate art, creativity, and community. All materials are provided, and no registration is required.
