
Acrylic Fish
Thursday, April 3
Join artist Sue Schurch for a day of acrylic painting. She will have already wood-burned the outlines fish on an approximately 5.5 x 28-inch piece of reclaimed dock wood. You get to choose your color palette in this self-paced class. This would make a great addition to the cabin or Northwoods home or a gift for that fishing person in your life! Create in a fun atmosphere! All materials will be supplied.

Spoon Carving: 2-Day Workshop
Thursday, April 3 &
Friday, April 4
This 2-day workshop covers all aspects of green wood spoon carving, from splitting and axing, to spoon design, carving techniques, knife grips, safety, and finishing cuts. By the end of the two days, you will have all the knowledge you need to carve a spoon from log to finish cuts.

Carve a Butter Spreader
Saturday, April 5th
Carve your own wooden butter or jam spreader. This class is an introduction to the craft of green wood carving. We will start by practicing safety and proper knife grips. After that, we will work on carving your very own spreader. Leave with your finished spreader; keep it natural or add paint on your own when you take it home. Ages 13 and up.
