This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for canceling a class.
Student Cancellations
5 Business days Notice: Students must provide a minimum of 5 business days notice for class cancellations to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty. Minus the processing fee.
Less Than 5 business days: Cancellations made with less than 5 business days notice will result in the forfeiture of the class fee or a charge for the scheduled session.
No-Shows: Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without any prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule, and the full class fee will be charged.
Instructor Cancellations
Advance Notice: In the event of an instructor cancellation, every effort will be made to notify students as far in advance as possible.
Rescheduling/Refund: Students affected by an instructor cancellation will be offered the option to reschedule their class or receive a full refund.
Emergency Cancellations: In rare cases of emergency, instructors may need to cancel a class at short notice. In such instances, the same rescheduling and refund options will apply.
