We will have one music class, Jammin’ on the Uke, and a variety of workshops and free concerts throughout the summer.
Jammin’ on the Uke
Thursdays, June 30th-August 11th, 11-12pm
- $10 per class/$15 for 2 family members
- $50 for all seven classes
Come learn the ukulele with Executive Director, Jennifer Anderson. No experience necessary, and Ukuleles will be provided. Learn basic chords and strumming patterns, and have fun playing in a group.
Sound Garden
June 18th, 20th, 21st
A site specific sound installation, bringing together music by director and composer James Everest, and connecting with the sounds of nature. This is a free event, open to the public. There will also be free music, poetry, photography, and painting workshops.
Car Park Music Series
A free ten week outdoor concert series (mostly) on Thursdays (mostly) at the Snowflake Building. Park and tailgate or bring your own lawn chair as regional musicians play a variety of genres.
