Get ready for a fabulous two-day workshop where you will dive deep into the world of mixed-media! Join Dale L. Popovich as you explore the magic of combining white gouache and pastels with watercolor paintings to bring out those beautiful final details. You will be creating two paintings over two days. He will share his expertise in a step-by-step process.

Dale will supply photos from his personal library. You will learn to blend different materials to create these breathtaking mixed-media masterpieces. Take advantage of this incredible opportunity to let your creativity soar.

This is a class for watercolorists with some experience. 

The class will be held in the 2nd-floor classroom.

Pastels will be provided.  

All other supplies will need to be provided by the student.

Artist Bio: Dale is an award-winning watercolorist and teacher who is passionate about capturing the raw beauty of the American landscape with the fluid stroke of a brush. Dale was 80% blind 45 years ago, but after a cyst removed from his brain, and his vision fully restored (and having to learn to walk and write again) he discovered he could see more clearly, with his paintings reflecting a purity of perception.
