Midwest native Jon Troast will finish off this summer’s Porch Songs!

Jon is known for his intimate performances and “living room concerts.”  According to the artist, “You connect with your audience a lot more when you’re singing in front of their fireplace and sleeping on their couch!  The idea took off, and I’ve since played in hundreds of homes all over the country including one extended coast to coast tour of 100 concerts in 100 days.”

Jon has been a featured guest on “A Prairie Home Companion” with Garrison Keillor.  He has also had multiple songs on Sirius XM’s “The Coffeehouse”, performed live on ABC’s “Extreme Weight Loss”, and has played almost 1,000 living room concerts around the US and Canada.  Currently, Jon is in the process of recording a series of albums titled with the letters of the alphabet.  Right now, he is working on letter G.
