COOKING DEMONSTRATION & TASTE SAMPLING. 

Join Environmental Educator, Eleva Potter, to learn how to roll sushi and spring rolls using fresh ingredients. Sample edamame and tempura fried vegetables. Bring your appetite!

Important Note:  Ingredients used in class not safe for people with peanut allergies. Ingredients will not include raw fish.

Environmental Educator Bio – Eleva Potter is an environmental educator from northern Minnesota who has a passion for local delicious food. When not working at the library in Houghton, Michigan, she can be found hiking with her dogs, visiting the farmer’s market, and trying to find wild apple trees in Upper Michigan.
