LOLA welcomes back floral designer, artist, and crafter extraordinaire, Kim Wallner of Minocqua.  Join us for this fun class that will be sure to get us in the Holiday spirit.  Students will create a topiary centerpiece with a combination of fresh and artificial greens. All materials supplied, including container. Students will choose from two container sizes, both sized for tabletop or mantel display. After the season, greenery can be removed and topiary base can be reused. Students should bring along a floral wire cutter. Dress for fun mess with fresh plant materials. Deadline for payment and registration is Thurs. Nov. 29.

Instructor Kim Wallner is a lifelong artist and decorator. She was an active member of the Northshore Garden Club in Shorewood, WI for 10 years and the chief decorator for the Rahr West Art Museum Christmas in the Mansion holiday display in Manitowoc, WI for 5 years. She has decorated for many weddings and parties, for public events, and in private homes. Kim has been a seasonal resident of the Northwoods for over 30 years.

Parking is available behind the LOLA Center for the Arts building.

If area school districts close due to weather on the day of a LOLA class, LOLA classes will be canceled for the safety of our students and teachers.  In such an event, LOLA will make all attempts to contact students and rescheduled classes for a later date.
