Make Music Day Winter Jubilee

December 21, 2021

Celebrate the shortest day of the year by enjoying holiday music performed by local musicians at three different venues in Land O’ Lakes, WI.  Make music yourself by participating in a beginning ukulele class and/or beginning handbell choir.

Event Venues

The Sawbuck

  • Bring a camp chair, enjoy music by the firepit outside.  Purchase a hot drink and holiday cookies from the Sawbuck to enjoy while you listen!
  • Head inside and try your hand at playing a few holiday tunes on the ukulele. No experience necessary, no instrument needed! Don’t forget to purchase a hot drink and a holiday cookie!

Artistree Gallery

  • Stop by the Artistree Gallery to enjoy a holiday sweet and refreshments while browsing the gallery and hearing holiday music.

The Gateway Lodge

  • See the biggest Christmas tree around in the Gateway Lodge foyer, enjoy hot chocolate and cookies while listening to holiday music.  Try your hand at playing the handbells along with holiday music selections.

This event is part of the Make Music Winter Day, presented by the NAMM Foundation and coordinated by the non-profit Make Music Alliance. LOLA Arts is one of the thousands of organizations worldwide celebrating this day with musical activities.
