experiment with pouring acrylic paint and create abstract glowing colors and shapes inspired by the northern lights!

Two Part Class     Tuesdays     February 5 & 12     1:00 – 3:00

Ages 5+     $24.00 for the two sessions.

Feb. 5   Poured Aurora Borealis – TWO part class.  Using various paints and surfaces, students will pour on the colors to make abstract works that look similar to the beautiful Aurora Borealis.   Colors will mix themselves and hang out with each other until gravity intervenes to make exciting paintings.

Feb. 12  Part II – Poured Aurora – Students will enhance & finish their poured pieces with silhouettes.   Cut black paper, will make our Northern Lights shine bright.

Parking is available behind the LOLA Center for the Arts building.

If area school districts close due to weather on the day of a LOLA class, LOLA classes will be canceled for the safety of our students and teachers.  In such an event, LOLA will make all attempts to contact students and rescheduled classes for a later date.
