This class sold out so fast, we are adding a second class the next day! Learn traditional basket weaving techniques with this Herb Gathering Basket: How to lay out a base, weave up the sides, create a wrapped handle, then rim and lash. Add an intriguing “Butterfly Knot” to the top of the handle as an optional decorative touch.

You’ll leave class with a medium-sized harvest basket, perfect for carrying flowers or vegetables from the garden.

All materials and use of the instructor’s tools are included in the class fee.

Beginners welcome!

Long-time basket weaver and instructor Dianne Mockler will guide you every step of the way. Dianne calls the Northwoods home and shares her love of basket weaving by teaching throughout the area.  She especially enjoys working with beginners because they are amazed at what they can accomplish in just one class.

Approximate Size: 11” x 17” x 4” plus height of handle

Wear clothes that can get a bit wet.

Bring a bag lunch and an old towel.
