He’s back! Join Conserve School Chef Scott McFarland for a foray into the world of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free cooking. Being the head chef at the Conserve School, Chef Scott has experience cooking for a variety of dietary needs. In this class, students will learn to cook some specific vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free dishes, as well as receive recipes and recommendations on ingredients and cooking methods.
