In this delightful and delicious hands-on class, we encourage you to play with your food!

Using a ~12 x 9” focaccia base, you’ll decorate your edible masterpiece with fresh-cut vegetables, herbs, and seeds, turning simple ingredients into a blooming work of art inspired by the season. Discover the joy of experimenting with color, texture, and flavor in this creative (and tasty) medium.

While your focaccia bakes, enjoy a light lunch of minestrone and—of course—fresh focaccia. All supplies are included.

Instructor Corinne Duerkop, a first-generation Italian American, will guide you using her beloved grandmother’s focaccia recipe—one that’s both simple and sure to impress. You’ll take home a copy of the recipe, along with your beautifully baked, personalized loaf.

• If a class is canceled a full refund will be issued. 
• Refunds will not be issued after the registration date closes.
• Students who request a refund prior to the registration deadline will be given the option of receiving the full amount in the form of a gift certificate for future classes OR a refund for the balance minus a $5.00 service fee.
