If you want to dive into watercolor but don’t know where to begin, this is the class for you. Or, maybe you’ve been painting for a bit but never got the basics. 

Lisa will cover paint, various papers, brushes, palettes, boards, a variety of simple techniques, masking fluid, gouche, and much much more. 

A simple list of supplies used during the class and where you could purchase them (assuming you love the class and want to watercolor more!) will be provided. 

There will be time to paint and experiment as we use basic techniques to create 3 simple fall paintings on a variety of small papers. 

 All supplies are included in the registration price. 

We will take an hour break at midday. Bring a lunch or visit an area restaurant. 

Artist bio: Lisa Krueger lives in Tomahawk, Wisconsin, where she is inspired by the beauty of the northwoods.  She works in a variety of mediums, such as; watercolor, pastel, acrylics, mixed media, and alcohol ink.  Lisa also enjoys sharing with others by teaching and helping her students grow creatively, and to enjoy their artistic process.  Her art can be found in area galleries, and the public can view her work at her creative space – Oak View Studio, as a part of the Northwoods Art Tour.
