COOKING DEMONSTRATION & TASTE SAMPLING.
Gear up for Summer on the water by learning how to make several appetizers that are great for the boat. Elizabeth Eaton will lead you through several of her recipes that are guaranteed to impress which includes spring rolls, Asian noodle salad, two different types of satays and cheese stuffed mini-peppers. Class members will be able to sample appetizers and make their own spring rolls.
Important Note: Ingredients used in class not safe for people with nut allergies.
Instructor Bio: Elizabeth Eaton splits her time at her cabin on Black Oak Lake and her home in Linden Hills, Minneapolis. A lifelong educator, she enjoys teaching many different art mediums. Elizabeth has recently retired from a 36-year career as an addiction counselor working with teens. She is happiest when community members come together for fun, learning and a common cause. In her spare time, she organizes progressive dinners, pontoon parties and teaches wire jewelry classes.
All proceeds from this class will go directly towards LOLA Arts programming efforts. The class instructor will be donating her time, materials and talents to teach students.
