Acrylic Paint & Sip Sessions

Unwind and get creative in this laid-back summer painting session full of color and fun led by art teaching intern Sharron Van.  Follow along step-by-step with acrylics on canvas while sipping a refreshing non-alcoholic drink and enjoying a sweet treat in a relaxed, social setting. Perfect for ages 13 and up—no experience needed, just bring your good vibes and wear clothes you can paint in! Each class is a self-contained experience.

Weekly themes: 

• June 24 – Fantasy Dragons
• July 1 – Fantasy Castles 
• July 8 – Fantasy Forest or Fairies 
• July 15 – Still Life

  If you would like to pay with cash or check, please call LOLA Arts at (715) 547-3950 to reserve your spot in class. Your spot is not guaranteed until we receive payment. If a class is canceled a full refund will be issued. Refunds will not be issued after the registration date closes. Students who request a refund prior to the registration deadline will be given the option of receiving the full amount in the form of a gift certificate for future classes OR a refund for the balance minus a $5.00 service fee. Artist Bio:
LOLA teaching intern, Sharron Van is a dedicated illustrator and designer currently pursuing a BFA in Illustration with a concentration in Publication Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design (2022–2027). With minors in Drawing and Graphic Design, Sharron combines technical skill with a strong sense of visual storytelling. She co-founded Artists R Us in 2024, where she leads inclusive sip and paint classes for all ages, teaching acrylic painting techniques and art care practices. Sharron’s passion for community engagement is also reflected in her mural and little library designs created as part of a beautification initiative for Forest Park.
