Join artist Sue Schurch for a day of color and creativity in this introductory exploration of the wonderful world of acrylic. This class is self-paced – Sue will get you started when you arrive. During this relaxing day, you will have the opportunity to create your own one-of-a-kind painting on a 5.5″ x 28″ (approximate size) piece of reclaimed dock wood on which Sue has wood-burned the outline of a Northwoods fish. You will choose your own color palette and enjoy painting in an encouraging environment.

This would make a great addition to the cabin or Northwoods home! Create in a fun atmosphere! All materials will be supplied. Bring lunch and wear clothes to paint in!

• If a class is canceled a full refund will be issued.

• Students who request a refund prior to the registration deadline will be given the option of receiving the full amount in the form of a gift certificate for future classes OR a refund for the balance minus a $5.00 service fee.

Sue Schurch owns Blossoms Studio in Land O Lakes, WI. Working in acrylic paint, she paints and wood burns on found objects and new wood and canvases with a North Woods theme. Sue loves to find old barn wood and antique furniture as surfaces for her work. Besides her studio, she sells her work at Moondeer Gallery and Friends in Boulder Junction and Stones Throw in Bayfield, Wisconsin. She does special and custom orders. Blossoms Studio is located at 6089 Lily Lake Trail in Land O’ Lakes, off County B & Boygan Rd.
