Melissa Childers is a singer/songwriter that has a passion for country music. She grew up in a musical family and started singing at the age of 5. At the age of 17, she picked up guitar, inspired by her dad (guitar player) and grandpa (fiddle player). Not long after, Childers started writing her own music. A few of Childers’ inspirations are: Reba McEntire, Martina McBride, Miranda Lambert, and Faith Hill.
