Let’s wrap some Lake Superior Rocks! We’ll use leather, waxed string, and waxed cord to make designs on our rocks. There will be beads, keys, and driftwood that we can add! Class cost is $40 per person. All materials will be provided, but if you have a favorite rock, bring it along! Limit of 10 people. This class is for ages 16+.

Sandy VanPatten is a self-taught artist hailing from the Copper Country of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Sandy combines traditional craftsmanship with a deep passion for creation. Although semi-retired from her day job, Sandy remains fully committed to the art of broom making, teaching classes in Marquette, Baraga, L’anse, Porcupine Mountains, and Calumet.

• If a class is canceled a full refund will be issued. 
• Refunds will not be issued after the registration date closes.
• Students who request a refund prior to the registration deadline will be given the option of receiving the full amount in the form of a gift certificate for future classes OR a refund for the balance minus a $5.00 service fee.
