Vendor Opportunities

We are currently seeking vendors of all kinds to help fill the streets with activity and community spirit. There is no vendor fee—just bring your own setup, arrive at 5:00 PM, and get started! Crafts, food, art, handmade goods, community organizations, and more are all welcome.

Celebrate the start of Northwoods Freedom Week with a community street dance featuring the Old Pine Road Band! This exciting kickoff event is part of a weeklong celebration of America’s 250th birthday, culminating in the famous Land O’ Lakes fireworks on July 3rd. Throughout the week, programming will highlight local art, history, and veterans’ stories and issues.

The street dance will include a road closure stretching from the Sawbuck to Brews Pub, creating a lively downtown celebration space filled with music, food, and family activities. Cindy Pesek will launch her new children’s book, Today I Am an Elephant, during the event. We’re also bringing back the classic Vicki’s hot dogs, along with face painting, yard games, and more fun for all ages.

Up to 10 vendors per event at each LOLA Live Concert—vendors can sell anything! For the first year of LOLA Live, as we test out this exciting new concert series, there is no fee for vendors. Vendors are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and taking down their own booth.

Arrive at the Snowflake by 5:30 PM at the latest to set up your booth before the show begins.

Come check out our beautiful community garden! This free-to-attend event has become a beloved fall tradition in Land O’ Lakes. A collaboration between the community garden and LOLA Arts, Art Harvest features vendors, art displays, food served by the garden, a community art project, and plant-related demonstrations.

Vendors of all kinds are welcome! Please arrive at 8:00 AM to set up before doors open at 9:00 AM.
