LOLA Arts Youth Summer Visual Arts 2021 Classes

June 29, 2021 – August 12, 2021
Tuesdays (9 AM – 11 AM ) and Thursdays (12 PM – 2 PM) at LOLA Arts
$12 per class, registration required by the day before each class.

All supplies provided. Ages 7 and up (Adults welcome to register too).

Discount Options:

  • $10 per class for two or more classes
  • $10 per student for more than one student in the same family
  • $140 if taking the entire session (14 classes)

LOLA will be offering 7 weeks of youth visual art classes this summer.  Each week has a specific art focus. Sign up for one, several, or all! The philosophy of the program is to offer exposure to the visual arts through classes in a variety of mediums that will inspire creativity. Students will gain knowledge of artists that represent the particular focus, the art elements represented in the focus, time to practice the lesson, and time to create the project.

Instructor Bio:  Rylie Steele has completed her freshman year at Kent State University, majoring in Art education. She did an art apprenticeship at a gallery in her hometown in which she led art classes for children and adults and presented a solo show.  In her free time, she enjoys painting, playing the guitar, and hiking. In addition to teaching visual art classes at LOLA, she will also do a weekly ukulele circle.
