The instructor, Mark Schermeister, will cover the entire spectrum of photography as art and simplify the technical aspects, focus on what you really need to get the end results. You will learn to use photography to produce art, to use art to make a creative statement, and learn how to display and send that statement out to your target audience.
About the Instructor – Mark Schermeister has spent a majority part of his life in Land O’ Lakes for the past 64 years. He is an enthusiastic photographer, artist and poet who has been behind a camera in some capacity since 1966 as a darkroom technician, portrait and wedding photographer and has been published in numerous periodicals over the years.
He describes himself as having fifty-something years of experience and still a student. Mark is a retired air-traffic controller and can be found in the local region capturing the natural beauty of the area, forests, wildlife and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
