Gouache and Watercolor

Painting with White Gouache and Watercolor

Tuesday April 2, 2024

10-4:30 pm

$80

Painting with white gouache and watercolor.

Gouache is an opaque watercolor body, and its combination with regular watercolor paint elevates your paintings to a new dimension. It’s the best of both worlds, giving you a unique depth of color when using it as accents and embellishments in a transparent watercolor or a full opaque watercolor painting.

Demonstrations will be given in both processes, and photo references will be supplied.

Students will be painting 2 small paintings–1/8th sheet.
