Patti is an experienced fiber artist, who resides in the Madison area.  She spends a great deal of time in a cabin on the Wisconsin River in Eagle River, WI, finding inspiration from the Northwoods and collaborations with other fiber artists.  Her style of fiber art is primitive, following folk art traditions, and mainly working with wool.  Self taught in many areas, Patti likes to combine techniques from rug hooking, fiber punch art, hand stitching, and quilting.  Her designs often contain whimsical creatures, or are turned into imaginative dolls.  Hunting down wool materials to recycle into her work is part of her creative adventure.  Patti is also an avid traveler, who takes workshops, studies with other artists, and makes fiber friends world-wide.
