In this class, we give you permission to play with your food!

Join us for a lovely and delicious class decorating your own ~11×15” focaccia bread with cut veggies, herbs, and seeds. Find inspiration through experimentation while you create in this fun food medium! A light lunch of minestrone and focaccia is included in the price of this class. You’ll decorate and cook the focaccia during class.

Corinne Duerkop is a first- generation Italian American who loves to make bread. One of her favorite (and easiest) recipes is her grandmother’s focaccia recipe, which also never fails to impress.  You’ll get a copy of this treasured recipe and a chance to add personal artistic touches to your own “loaf” to take home.
