Come watch the artwork emerge from the wood!  Enjoy members of the Eagle River Wood Carvers conduct wood carving demos on the  LOLA porch.

Eagle River Wood Carver John Modjewski is well known for his carving in this area.  What started as a hobby has lasted well over 40 years.  John is the president of the Northwoods Carvers, a group that meets regularly in Eagle River and he has instructed at the Rhinelander School of the Arts, taught numerous workshops hosted by carving associations and as an active Boy Scout leader, John has taught many boys the art of carving.
