Free Zoom Class:  Centering Yourself Through Journaling with Adrienne S. Wallner (Jaeger)

Find a comfy spot, grab a notebook/journal with your favorite writing utensil and beverage to spend 1.5 hours in a zoom class with LOLA instructor Adrienne S. Wallner. You will learn how beneficial journaling has and continues to be in her life. She will lead you through some journaling exercises that are for your eyes only but will give you the tools and confidence to make journaling a part of your life.  No previous journaling or writing experience required!

About the Instructor:  Adrienne S. Wallner (Jaeger) is a poet, photographer, and grant writer. She holds an M.F.A. in Poetry from the University of Southern Maine-Stonecoast and B.A. in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing from St. Norbert College.  Her poetry can be found in the Aurorean, Stoneboat Literary Journal, Minerva Rising, and Uncommon Core: Contemporary Poems for Learning.  Adrienne has been journaling for 10+ years and finds it beneficial for her creative process, relationships, and overall state of mind.
