Journey into the world of watercolor

Join instructor Lisa Krueger as she shares what she knows about this mysterious medium. The two days will be filled with information but also plenty of painting time. Paper, pigment, brushes, controlling the water, retaining the white of the paper, how to get whites back once they are lost, glazing, allowing the paint to mix on the paper, applying salt, bruising the paper, spattering, how to avoid muddy color, design elements and more will be covered. You will be painting the brilliant colors of fall sumac and also leaves and berries. Two separate paintings using two different processes.  All supplies will be provided!
