COOKING DEMONSTRATION & TASTE SAMPLING.
In this class, instructor Elizabeth Eaton, will show you how to make compound butter, herbal vinegar, oils, and pesto using your garden herbs. You will be able to sample all of the items on bread, crackers, and lettuce. You will be amazed at how this class will add to your flavor palate!
Instructor Bio: Elizabeth Eaton splits her time at her cabin on Black Oak Lake and her home in Linden Hills, Minneapolis. A lifelong educator, she enjoys teaching many different art mediums. Elizabeth has recently retired from a 36-year career as an addiction counselor working with teens. She is happiest when community members come together for fun, learning and a common cause. In her spare time, she organizes progressive dinners, pontoon parties and teaches wire jewelry classes.
All proceeds from this class will go directly towards LOLA Arts programming efforts. The class instructor will be donating her time, materials and talents to teach students.
