MAKE YOUR OWN MAGIC
Join us for a class on the Art of Magic that will encourage you to think, challenge your perspectives, and learn some tricks you can show your friends! In this two-hour class, artist Aron Houdini, distant nephew of the great Harry Houdini, will show you how to use magic tricks to improve your cognitive skills, perception, and hand-eye coordination, providing insights into the strengths and weaknesses of our own minds.
About the Artist: Aron Houdini is the distant nephew of Harry Houdini and is an accomplished magician and escape artist. Performing since he was a child, Aron Houdini has twelve Escape Artist World Championships, three Entertainer of Year awards and has appeared on multiple major television networks. Aron has been involved with Project Magic for nearly 20 years, using the therapeutic power of learning and performing magic tricks as a form of rehabilitation to those in need. He teaches magic in schools, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.
